Designer Package’s progeny seen the show ring again, they have done their sire and us very proud, they’re proving themselves as true versatile horses.

Some of the major wins this year are: Australian Halter Showcase –
A weanling cropout filly “Ima Surprize Package” won Grand Champion paint mare or filly and then went on to win Supreme Paint exhibit and highest placed paint in the weanling futurity.

A smoky black paint bred weanling colt “EPS First Design” won the Grand Champion paint bred stallion or colt. He followed this up two months later at the Victorian Paint State Championship show winning Grand Champion again, so far he has been undefeated in his paint bred stallion/colt classes winning Grand Champion at every outing.

A beautiful palomino yearling filly "Daytona Designr Blue Rule", has just been to her 1st show which was the Queensland State Quarter Horse Championships, she contested the yearling versatility and was awarded Reserve State Champion.

Another one doing us very proud is the yearling cremello and white paint colt “Daytona Ultimate Design” (“Ace”).

“Ace” did not start any show prep or training until January 2013. In only a few short months he has achieved his ROM at halter, hunter in hand, yearling lunge-line and yearling led trail. He has also been awarded the Yearling Excellence Award. His major wins include Reserve National
Champion Hunter in Hand and he won the halter leg of the Yearling Versatility. He couldn’t complete the fourth and final leg of the versatility due to a family illness, but overall, he still won Reserve National Champion Yearling Versatility. Daytona Ultimate Design made the big trip south to take on the Victorian Paint State Championships, where he won State Champion yearling colt, Reserve State Grand Champion stallion or colt, won the yearling halter futurity, yearling lunge-line futurity and the yearling versatility.

“Ace” is a taste of things to come from Designer Package babies – they model the true attributes of the Quarter Horse: versatility. Designer Package will prove the Quarter Horse promise: they both halter and ride.
